We found in Pension Marousso the peace and quite we’re looking for. The house is lovely, clean and well equipped. The location in Chora is perfect as strategic point for a tour of the Island. Highly recommended!

I m staying for five consecutive years in Marousso pension. It is situated in the best location of the island. Offers the nicest view to the windmills which is the most characteristic part of the village. The room are very clean and offer cuisine facilities.

CHORA – AMORGOS

Pension Marousso is situated in traditional Chora of Amorgos, a village which preserves its Cycladic architecture at an altitude of 400 meters above the sea and it is “guarded” by 13 old windmills.

The picturesque paved alleys of the village where touristic shops, café-bars & tavernas follow stone arcs, romantic squares and small white churches under the imposing presence of Venetian Castle, invite you to get lost and discover favourite corners, feeling the echo of the past.

Agia Anna and Kambi, the cinematographic, idyllic, stone beaches from the movie “The Big Blue” are the nearest (3 km distance) to Chora.
